Student Loan Direct Processing Center

I paid $699 (3 payments of $233) to consolidate my loan. The paperwork was never processed even though I have two fax confirmations of it going through. I tried to contact the company and the phone rings and rings. Brian Schoeller was the representative and I had communication with Mariana Diaz as well (through emails and phone calls). Please help. I just want my money back.
