I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Upon reading the companies response, I am still convinced that they lead me to believe that my loan could be forgiven if I stayed compliant.  Compliant in other words means, as long as I don't increase my income or become a better wage earner than my loan could be forgiven.And what have they done for $400 file forms for me that I could have done for free through student loans.gov.  My biggest issue with this company is that they are predatory on their selling technique.  My loan is small and will never stay compliant because I plan on increasing my income.Student Loans Solutions should have stated that you can file for free through student loans.gov, but we can do it for you since your loan is so large (my loan is small) and we will send reminders for you to refile every year, which again I could have done for free.This company should know and should have explained up front, which I found out when I was following up with my current loan provider, Dept of Ed/fed loan servicing, that I could have applied on my own for free.  There tactic is hiding the truth. I believe they did not disclose the full truth in their solicitation and that the only reason they give one day to cancel is because they know that the average person will find out they have been scammed.Again, I have contacted the Revdex.com because: One day to cancel is not enough.They did not disclose that I could do for free.And I don't want another student/individual to fall prey to this style of solicitation.Their was no full disclosure on their end.

Mr. [redacted], After reviewing your file, it has been determined that your cancellation forms were indeed received before end of business on 3/6/17 and your account was closed on 3/7/17. As such, we have just issued a refund of $43 for the transaction on 3/6/17. We hope this clears the matter...

[redacted]We regret that you feel this matter has not been resolved, however, we did not sell or attempt to enroll you, into the program you did not qualify for. The fact remains, we did indeed file for the program you selected, with the promised results. As evidenced by your signed enrollment agreement, where the outcome was estimated. While we apologize you feel that the results were not as you'd hoped, we must decline your request for a refund as we provided the services as promised in the enrollment agreement.
