I have a better understanding that your company is scamming people out of money. I'm not even listed with the department of education under the name you are using so how are u "filing paperwork" with them? Also, Christian said he would send the info that yall sent to the department of education to me so I can review it. I look forward to seeing what name you used on those forms. I want my money back and I won't pursue this further. If I dont, I will seek other ways to get it. By telling me that people go to jail for student loan debts put me under duress. Also on your Facebook page, you say you are accredited with the Revdex.com. That is a lie. You are not.  Regards,

Mr. [redacted], After reviewing your file, it has been determined that your cancellation forms were indeed received before end of business on 3/6/17 and your account was closed on 3/7/17. As such, we have just issued a refund of $43 for the transaction on 3/6/17. We hope this clears the matter...

The fact remains, we did indeed file for the program you selected, with the promised results. As evidenced by your signed enrollment agreement, where the outcome was estimated. While we apologize you feel that the results were not as you'd hoped, we must decline your request for a refund as we provided the services as promised in the enrollment agreement.
