Student Repayment Solutions

I enrolled with this company in 2018 to help me get my loans out of default. I had no luck with the company that had my defaulted loans and made it very difficult to work with them. Student Repayment Solutions took care of everything for me!! My loans are now in good standing and I have been able to return back to school to further my degree. They continue to help me keep my loans in a favorable payment and even offered to help me with my new loans when i'm done with my program.

I enrolled with this company in September of 2018 and had defaulted loans which was significantly affecting my credit score. At the time I was trying to purchase a home and needed to resolve this quickly. The representative that I worked with named Jamie was extremely helpful and was able to have my loans completely out of default in what seemed like only a month or 2. I had tried to contact the collection agency prior to working with Student Repayment Solutions but got no where and was told to do a 10 month program before they could get my loans out of default!!! I was approved for a much lower payment on my student loans as well so now I can afford to actually make the payment on my loans. I would highly recommend for anyone out there struggling with these loans and wanting to see there options.

They will make it sound like the monthly payments go towards your actual loan. But instead they charge a crazy amount for a fee every month that goes to the company and not your loan.
They are misleading and this company should not be used at all. After things were clear cut it was to late. This company cost me hundreds.
Do not use student repayment solutions. I can only hope that one sees this review before entering into a shady agreement.
What they do, can be done FOR FREE by a legitimate company. I repeat. Do not use this company for their shady dishonest service.

I was scam and conned, I will like to null and void this dreadful contract. These people after they took my account and money information have failed to send money to the federal loan student services. Once I found out I immediately wanted out and I was then treated badly. Bradley the account manager on this told me he will get a hire up but that call never came. I am now getting no where and will like a sold confirmation of cancellation . They took two payments of $199 and now want an extra $ 796. If they want to keep those two payments for whatever reason it is fine but I want no further services from them. It is a scam and I am so regretful that I fell for it. They have my information and I just want this nightmare to end and be done with.

Andrea, amongst others at Student Repayment Solutions 100% Guarenteed that they would get me out of student debt and reduce my monthly payments within 5 months of signing on Nov. 11, 2019. It is now April 2019. Nothing has happened and they have said they are no closer to getting the issue resolved. I told them upon signing up, that I could not afford the 165 a month they were going to charge me, but I would do it, So, I have been struggling big time for the past five months. They are still going to charge my account with apparently no end in sight. They have dishonored our agreement. Unacceptable.

After talking with them about my federal loan, they said they would return my $398 plus $100 for any late fees. I said that I would let them know when I received the money, and write a new review about the matter. I did receive the total of $498. I deposited the money and no further issues have arisen. All items have been cancelled as needed.

They called me on 1/2/19 and told me NOT to contact my federal loan provider. They said that they would transfer my loan to another Department of Education loan provider and pay off my current provider.

They said that they needed $398 for 3 months to complete this action. I thought the $398 was going toward my loan payment. It came out of my account on 1/24/19.

They did not pay the loan off and my current loan company is also still requiring payment.

I called my current loan provider and found out that I didn't have to pay a company to get my loan repayment transferred to another company. I feel that this company is a scam.

I sent a letter canceling their service on 1/31/19. I have not heard back from them and it is 2/14/19.

This service contacted me about loan forgiveness on my student loan. They promised they would take care of the loan forgiveness, student loan payments, and paperwork and that I should begin paying them. They advised that I no longer had to pay on my student loan.

I've contacted them and my student loan company, as I have been receiving bills and phone calls from my student loan company.

I'm now behind on my student loan which I've never been and I'm getting nowhere. They did not deliver as promised and falsely presented they could do things they cannot. I would like my entire amount refunded to me.

Well I would like to know if this is a legitimate company is it safe to work with or a scam

I never gave much thought to my student loans until my counselor, Samantha, uncovered the truth. She was able to show me and help me understand what my servicer was actually doing was not benefiting me and was putting me in even more debt. This company helped me in so many ways. I have no regrets! This was the right choice!
