Review: I had purchased a 4 year backup plan for studentbackup.com for my daughter in Aug 2013. I am trying to access the service to retreive a backup and restore data since her PC failed and I come to find that they are, apparently, out of business. We received NO notice of suspension of service and am unable to receive the service for which I paid $150.00.Desired Settlement: I believe a full refund is in order as they have failed miserably to bth deliver promised service or to inform a consumer that they were suspending service leaving me with no opportunity to explore other options prior to loss of date. I also wish to have the backed up date returned to me and PERMANENTLY REMOVED from their servers.

Review: I purchased a service that should have automatically backed-up my computer files (for school and other files) every night for 4 years and the ability to recover all said files if my computer were to crash or be stolen. Between the 1.5-2 year mark however, the service stopped scanning my computer every night. I attempted to trouble shoot the issue and the system said it could not authorize their server. I contacted them several times by phone and email and never received any feed back or contact from them. The website seems to have been shut off and so has their phone number.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. Even though they backed up for (less than) half of my purchased time, I am unable to recover those files should anything go awry.
