are and the damage it does to your hair*** then gave a photo and asked *** if she could do thisIn reply, *** said yes, but it might take one or two apptsIt depends on how it goes today your hair is damaged, before we start any chemical process on your hair I first want to use ***" *** said she only has 200.00" *** spoke to the owner and the owner said that's okay*** asked *** to assist herThe process can take awhileIt is hard to break through the box colors*** and *** worked hard to make it look goodThey knew *** had to cut it short and go to workIf *** wanted to complain that dayShe did notIn the picture taken at the salon before *** left, there is a smile in the reflection of the mirror***'s hair was not soaking wetThe picture will show you thatIn response to returning to the salonRef* came in on Friday July 17th around 2:*** asked to talk to *** told *** she wanted her hair finished A.S.A.P*** looked at her schedule and could not do it until Thursday*** was not happy*** said she will put box colors in her hair*** spoke to *** an advised her not to do itWhile they were standing up front, a couple of customers in the salon commented on ***'s hairOne was a brand new customer and one wasn'tThe owner was there and *** never asked to speak to her*** agreed to come in on her day off 7/21/2015, at 10:am to finish ***'s hair*** gave *** an appt cardThis is documented on my *** *** called late Saturday and asked to speak to the owner, The owner was out sick *** left a message with *** for the owner to call backOn Monday the owner called *** around 11:am*** was on hand to answer any questions the owner could not*** was not happy on the phoneThe owner told *** she did not hear anyone being rude in the salon that day 7/15/I asked *** to send me pictures so I could understand what she was telling meOwner to *** I will look at the pictures and talk to my stylistsThey do not match what we haveTuesday July 21st the owner called *** dismissed us saying I honestly don't think there is anything else to discussi cannot spend any more time on this ordealOn July 23rd owner sent *** an email with the picture at my salon and the picture *** sent us do not matchThe line of demarcation does not matchI explained in the email that *** by not coming in for her appt 7/at 10:am for *** to finish, we will not be able to refund you*** responded on July 24th in an email, at 11:am stating she wants a refund againShortly after she filed a grievance with the Revdex.com at 12:that day*** is a new customer at studio salon*** called the salon to make an appt and raved about all the good reviews we have*** said she was surprised there were no bad reviewsI'd like to make an appt *** saidThe owner took the call and booked her with ***We have never experienced something like thisYou are welcome to come and check my appts books, talk to our customers, and investigateIf there is anything I can do, I will gladly work with youThis is the first time my salon has had to deal with somthing like thisif there is anything else you need , you can call me at ***Thank you for your time***
