Dec 23, 2016 Never buy from this company. In 2010 we purchased a new high efficiency furnace from them at over $5,000.00. They gave us a 10 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor. I change the filters religiously and keep the furnace clean. In six years I have had them out for furnace repairs more than 12 times. A few times I had to pay for the parts because they claimed the "zone" controls even though installed by them were not covered by the 10 year furnace warranty. I got so sick of having a non working furnace and constantly having them out for repairs I asked them to replace it and they said the manufacturer declined to do that. It was out again a few days ago and I called them that evening and left a message. Next morning I called and was told they would not be out until late in the day I reminded the woman on the phone how cold it was outside and we had no heat, she didn't seem to care. Later that morning Frank over there called and told me my part warranty was only 5 years so I would have to pay for any parts needed and they couldn't come out until sometime late in the day. I told him that wasn't good enough, that I called yesterday and this morning and I have been without a working furnace for all night and this morning in this 10 degree weather. I also told him my paperwork from them shows a 10 year part warranty then he said, "that's news to me I'll have to look into that" with an attitude. I told him I had a serviceman from another company at my home now and he had just fixed the furnace so he would not have to come out. He replied, "you should feel free to call them the next time you have a problem" again with a snotty smart alec attitude. Worst service from this company you could possibly imagine. I even told the owner I feel I got screwed on this furnace all he did was get angry and disrespectful. Never call this company. If it weren't so much trouble I would sue them.
