I am a female who dealt with this company and they REPEATEDLY charged me for services they did not do and I am not sure if they actually replaced a $part or just repaired and put it back in my vehicle because they refused to give it back to me which they are required to give back to meAnd they put the incorrect oil in my car which could void a warranty The company management with any kind of authority is refusing to talk to meOnly store manager who has no authority to make any kind of decisions is emailing me or calling me
1)Charged additional $after quote for new tires
2)Used incorrect oil in my vehicle, which could cause Engine failure and didn't tell me, discovered information by accident
3) Invoice said they rotated my tires and they did not rotate them
4) Charged for $in repairs for services that were not completed and I had to return following day to get the services done that were supposed to have been done the day before
5) Manager made up fal
Brought my wifes Ford Fusion in for four new tires on 10/27/ I also had them do an alignment check to make sure there the tires don't wear prematurely They did the alignment check and told me the car was out of alignment So I had them do the alignment Over the course of the winter my wife was complaining about the car not driving properly in slippery conditions Kept wanting to fishtail I finaly drove it in an early April snow storm and found out what she was talking about I took it to my mechanic to find out what was wrong They found the car to be out of alignment Both rear tires were extremely toed in and that my month old tires in the rear are worn down to the wear bar on the outer edges I got over 50k miles on my old tires with even wear and in 8k miles my new rear tires are shot
