this request for repairs is through a warranty company and yes we did go to the home and yes there is a service deductible which has to be paid upon arrival to the home this is the warranty company policy Their repair was not performed because a dirty system due to lack of maintenance is not covered by the owners warranty company therefore we are not required to perform such service without payment as tenants it is there responsibility to notify their rental agency that the unit is dirty and needs cleaning Futhermore calling the company workers crooks will open you to a slander lawsuit which we will be pursuing should this information be published you are implying that criminal behavior took place by your statements my advise would be to think twice before you make such open ended accusations

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We called to have our AC repaired, it took them over a week to repair due to parts and other excuses given We patiently waited even after the merchant put an invoice on our door stating sorry they missed us, yet there was no appointment or phone call saying they were coming to our house We are both in the Military and do not sit at the house everyday hoping someone will ring our door bell Then when they eventually were able to get the so called hard to come across part, which was searched on the internet and was found locally, they came after hours saying they were on another call and sorry it took so long We had no complaints because the AC was about to finally get repaired There was never any mention that there was $fee on our fault, or due to lack of cleaning or not letting [redacted] Property knowHe changed out the thermostat panel stating it did not work anymore and it was not communicating with the unitHe stated and I quote " [redacted] does not like to pay us on time and it takes about to days for us to get paid so we charge upfront to ensure we get paid" He used his Square card reader and I paid He then wrote out an invoice and I asked him to put in writing that I paid upfront as the TENANT, he did so He then said you will be reimbursed through [redacted] and I will show them this invoice I am now finding out that the company was paid twice, once by myself and once by [redacted] This was by myself on 07// Now we are still having issues with the AC and yet the Merchant is called back out to do service, when my husband came home there was an invoice on the door saying they were there and work was doneImpossible, no one was home Once my husband contacted the receptionist informed him there was no openings and soonest would be the following week My husband contacted [redacted] and the tune was changed The merchant came back out, this time we were told it would cost $upfront! No Way being the tenant! I am only trying to get reimbursed my $that had nothing to do with me paying upfront from the get go I have already contact my banking institute to file a claim to get this resolved As far as putting words in my mouth saying I called your company CROOKS I stated facts I paid $upfront and was to be reimbursed per your technician *** The technician took the payment and completed the transaction For future references, technicians should be more clear as to what you expect of them to relay to the tenant, homeowner or Property Management Company I work with Army Community Service here on post and customer service is what we deal with on a daily basis I feel there was definitely a lack of communication and this should have never escalated this far over $ Cause had what you claim had been stated we would not have paid one red cent because we were simply the middle man Regards, [redacted] ***

In March 2017, we received a service order through the customer's warranty company,  2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. We completed repairs on the outside condenser on April 4, 2017 by replacing failing condenser motor.  At the time the motor was replaced, there was no failure to the fan blade. I...

called the customer on October 4 2017 to confirm the problem and to solve this issue moving forward.  I told the customer that our company  would waive all labor and service fees and replace the blade with the customer paying for part only at my cost plus tax.  I went out to the property and confirmed what blade was needed and it's cost and availability. I observed the blade on the system now was tac welded to allow it to work temporarily.  I let the customer know the total cost of the blade Oct 4th in the afternoon, and I have not heard back yet. [redacted]
