Requesting refund from Studio (hair salon): I booked appointments (3/25/2017) one for my daughter, son and I Miriam the owner did mine and my son?s hair I requested a cut and bayalage color She used Olaplex color my hair - she stated that this product would NOT damage my hair because she doesn?t use a dryer to speed up the process We were there all day from 11:? 4:30pm (hours) They were very busy and Miriam went back and forth between clients First of all, I asked for my hair-cut to be below my shoulder and resulted above my shoulders, which I can live with - it?ll grow back After the color treatment, Miriam and her assistant both blow-dried my hair, then Miriam curled and styled it (fyi - adding more heat!) and put other products in my hair while she styled it It looked good when I left, she took pictures(see below) She told me not to wash it so I didn?t wash it till Monday (3/27/2017) morningThis is when I notice, my hair was completely FRIED!! She
