Review: Checked into hotel: 09/13/2014 Check Out: 09/14/20141st Room:Room dirty....Panties in bathroom closet, brown water, clogged plumbing/water did not drain from tub, AC Broken, no bottom lock on door, floors dirty, walls dirty.Asked for another room and finally after receptionist had been gone for awhile to check if second room was available given key to 2nd Room:Again Room Dirty:.....Floors dirty, urine on toilet seat, soap from previous guest on sink and tub, beds made with dirty sheets( hairs, wrinkles in sheets from someone having slept in bed), walls dirty, food in kitchen, no knobs for stove tops, food on kitchen counter, no new coffee kit for coffee maker.Maintenance Man sent to strip beds, was advised he had to go to another hotel to get clean sheets as non available at Studio 6. Maintenance Man went to laundry facility to get clean sheets for *KING BED* (2 Queens. Made own beds with his assistance.Receptionist [redacted] confessed no clean sheets in hotel and when asked for Manager's name gave the name [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] next morning confessed she was not the Manager and neither women would provide Manager's or Owner's name as they claimed she was "[redacted]" about giving out her NumberDesired Settlement: Would like the proper authorities to inspect property due to possible health issues from inadequate Maintenance and proper cleaning. I understand you get what you maybe pay for, but one should receive a clean and secure room. If they cannot meet standards it should be closed!!!!

I wish it could have been better taken care of at the time and I do apologize for the behavior of my staff, as well as the condition of the room. Review: Disgusting.We arrived at midnight, and the motel office closes at 10pm. So we had to go to the motel next door to get our keys. The lady there said she was "doing the motel a favor" and didn't have any info on them or what they do, but she had our keys.So I walked into the room, and didn't notice at first, but the room was a disaster. It was obviously not cleaned. The office was already closed, the motel next door wasn't any help, and I had no choice but to sleep there that night.I took pictures of everything. Here's what was in the room:- A brown napkin in the toilet, not even flushed, who knows what it was- Bed undone, with the blanket halfway off the bed- Room was so heavily saturated in cigarette smoke I had to open the door on each side to air it out- No soap that wasn't open- No towels- No internet (wifi was there, but no one gave us the password and there was no one to talk to)So I had no where to sleep, so I slept on the floor with no blanket. I had to leave by 5:45am, so I left before I was able to get to the office.That same day, I came back at 6pm and went to the office. I showed the woman at the desk all of my pictures, and told her everything wrong. She was sort of laughing/smiling the whole time because it was so disgusting.She took down my name, number and room number and said she was going to have her manager call me back the next day.Whole day passed and no one called.This place doesn't care.I want my money back.Desired Settlement: Give me back my money!
