Town Motors Technician was involved in an accident while Quality Control inspecting this clients vehicleThe Technician avoided being struck by a tractor trailer, and side swiped a vehicle on his right and damaged the side of the clients vehicleImmediately Town Motors accepted responsibility and proceeded to repair the clients damaged vehicleIn addition to repairing the clients vehicle, Town Motors waived/comped the clients repair that the car was initially in for ($2800)Town Motors also repaired a pre-existing front bumper that was damaged at no charge as a courtesy, and provided the client with a brand new Porsche Cayenne Loaner vehicle to drive while all of the above was being completedThe vehicle was completed in full as described above on Monday 11/21/16, and the client was contacted to pick up his vehicle and that exchange took place on Friday 11/25/Town Motors considers this matter closed....Thank You!

This is the 3rd time this complainant is filing for the same issues. Each of these items have either been resolved or the complainant has been advised to contact our attorney for further detail if he needs. Town Motors has closed this concern, and has offered to answer any questions that this complainant may have directly with our Attorney. The complainant has our Attorneys contact information. I am rejecting this response because: Town Motors has still yet to contact me since this claim has been filed nor have they made the necesary repairs to my vehicle.

Our outside Motor Vehicle processor was contacted by the California DMV that additional documentation was required from the customer to complete the process. We contacted the customer and the additional information was sent. The California DMV is in the process of completing the transaction.
