Studio 710 Apartment

I send this email to their management office after being locked out on nov 16,2015 from the apartment I was renting while I was moving out to another complex. I was locked out, the lock in the main door was changed, no notification, still a few items inside of the apartment and my lease was not expired until nov31. No apologies, or compensation was offered by the main office. and the personal at the lease office had to find a maintenance guy to open the door for me and I was asked by the same staff to return the key the same day after taking my belongings out. I tried to get rid of my contract before oct 30 but the staff refuse to let me go before the end of my contract without paying a high fee, so I stayed, paid the month of November in full but still they were quick enough to lock me out before the end of it because of....? I want to share my awful experience and I would like to get some sort of refund for the half month I ended paying and not being able to live in my apartment.

here is the email, sent on nov 23rd and still no response from the management company a month later.

To whom it may concern,

My name is Ixxxx, I've be a resident at [redacted] #xxx Tempe, Az 85281 since January 2014. Im in the process of moving out and this was supposed to be my last month(paid in full for November). I was informed by Management that I could turn my keys in on the 30 th of November since im paid in full, but today I found out that I was locked out and could not enter my apartment, to get a few items that I where still in my apartment. I was also planing to stay a few more times at #xxx because my work is 2-3 minutes away and I was paid in full till the 30th of this month. Management got maintenance to finally open my door today, by drilling because no keys where found. I was told by management to turn the keys in once I taken my belongings out of the apartment. Once I went inside I found 2 letters. A work order I never requested on the 13th, and a mandarory evaluation letter, which, I don't understand if im locked out how I m supposed to get? I didnt get a phone call or email regards this! Please help me understand if im paid in full till the last day of the month, why cant I stay in my apartment, why im locked out and had to turn the keys in? I appreciate a response, thank you!
