I loved the float and massage combination! The staff was kind and accommodating.

My husband had paid for a couples float and a couples massage for me for my birthday we did the couples float and thought it was ok but we didn’t want to do it again and I (for health reasons) could t stay for that extended amount of time to do a couples massage and I’m not comfortable with having some stranger touch my body. So I’ve been trying to figure out how to spend the other money that’s left on the gift balance because they took all of the money out of our account and there was a $170 left. So there’s no other service that they offer that I want. And there is no place on their website where they say that they do not give you your money back or refunds or exchanges or anything like that on their website for a gift certificate I have now talked to three people hoping that the owner will call me because I asked them to have the owner call me to get my money back the 170 that’s left on the gift certificate and I will give them the gift certificate back. They won’t give me my money back they said they can’t that there’s no way for them to do that with the register system. I said there is a way because you took my money off of my card you can put it back on my card I was going to get a spiral perm Which starts at $90 and they wanted to charge me $200 for four extra inches of hair and I felt like that was a rip off now I’m afraid to even go into the salon for fear that they’re going to sabotage whatever I choose to have done in retaliation for trying to get my money back and leaving them a Mediocre review
