In response to the complaint filed by*** ***, she is correct I do still owe her a photo album from her bridal showerThrough no fault of *** ***, I lost her contact information as I was desolving my partnership with my soon to be ex husband in
regards to our joint ownership of Studio by the Shore. Review: Studio by the Shore photographed my bridal shower last June. In the contract, it is stated that they would give me an album up to **dollar value. The photographer and owner of the company responded to all my email and phone calls until September. She has stopped responding and I have not received my album. I had paid the entire amount prior to the bridal shower because that is what the photographer requested. I have the contract and the payment receipt.

Review: I met with [redacted], last year about Wedding Photography. She then also mentioned how she did photo booths as well. This was awesome because I wanted a Photo Booth and her prices were cheaper. [redacted] quoted me at $[redacted] for 5 hours worth of time. I was emailing her early summer and there was a lag time where she wouldn't respond then all of a sudden she responded and said that she hired a family friend to take care of all her emails and that she just realized that the person was not doing her job. She proceeded to email me the contract and mention how a $** deposit was due in order to whole my date. In August 2014 I sent her my contract as well as the $** deposit. I emailed her asking if she received my check and no response. I then noticed it came out of my account so I knew she had it. It is now November 2014 and she still hasn't responded or called me back. I have emailed and called her both on multiple occasions and she won't respond back. I want to get my money back from her but have no idea how to go about it because she won't email back or call me back.Desired Settlement: I want to get my money back ($**) from her but have no idea how to go about it because she won't email back or call me back. I also do not want her services at my upcoming wedding.
