On our website, we have added "after selling us your old couch for $300/$500". In the case of the sectional this customer wanted to purchase, it was not advertised on our website. We have also updated our in store signage to indicate promotions can not be applied to already discounted items. It is unfortunate that the customer has rejected our offer to rectify his complaint.
