Review: Sunday 11/16/2014, I rented a van from this business. I was told to return the van with the exact gas that was in it when I picked it up. I did just that. the receipt is marked the same as ar as gas in and gas out, upon checking my receipt, I was charged for fuel, $9.70. I called to inquire about it and was yelled at, hung up on and ACCUSED of stealing a hand truck. I DO NOT HAVE NOR DID I STEAL A HAND TRUCK FROM ANYONE...This person is ACCUSING me of stealing a hand truck. I did not rent or even inquire about a hand truck when I rented the vehicle. I returned it promptly and correctly and paid $150.00 for the service, the next day my CC was charged $25.60 more. As I said, when I called to inquire, I was yelled at and hung up on. I contacted them on the "contact us" section of the website and the response was still about the hand truck...I can forward the responses if necessary. Please help, I am only trying to resolve my beig overcharged and I keep getting yelled at when I call. Thank You.Desired Settlement: Defamaton of Character is a serious offense. I did not steal a handtruck. This business told me in the email, that they are reporting me for stealing a hand truck. I did not do anything of the sort, I do not know why this person continues to say that to me. If it was reportred to uhaul as he said he would do, I would like him to UNreport it as it did not happen and that is a FALSE ACCUSATION that he persistently continues to say. I also would like my money refunded for being treated this way.
