Had Studio do tinting on my car windows, my appointment was at a.m., was informed it would be done by noon...at 12:l called and left a message, at 1:l called again and talked to someone who informed me that their machine had broken and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until p.m l called again at 3:12, was informed it was going to be done in minutes, minutes later l arrived at the shop and my car was still in the bay, the doors were open and l was told they were just finishing up, they needed to clean it off and would pull it around When l came out of the office, l started looking at the windows, on the corner of both front windows the film was pushed away from the window There was also a white dusting all over the sides of the car I went back inside the office, someone came out and l showed him the areas l was concerned about, he said that there was a problem and he needed to get something to fix it He then fixed both areas He attempted to clean off the white powder, l told him l had just paid ** dollars to have it washed last night, there was no comment from him
After l got home l called and talked to the manager and told him l was disappointed with their service and explained whyHe had excuses for everything and asked me what the purpose of my call was and what l wanted him to do about it I told him l thought he needed to be aware of a customer that was unsatisfied, that l had bought a *** for a remote start to have them put in, but that l had cancelled the sale Also my son was going to take his two vehicles there for window tinting and he wasn't impressed with them either I told him l thought that he should be aware of business that he had lost He started to tell me again all of his excuses, l told him l wasn't interested in them, that l would pass along my experience with Studio to my friends and that was all l had to say
