To Whom It May Concern:
[redacted] purchased a licensed plate from our website for $15.98. [redacted] called a few weeks later and stated she had not yet received her license plate. She also inquired about tracking. I told her that tracking was not provided for license plates, only for our ride...

on cars. I asked her to hold while I tried to locate her order. As my computer was running slowly and I did not want to keep her on hold indefinitely, I suggested to her that I would locate her information and call her back shortly. Before I had an opportunity to call back, [redacted] called again. She stated that she had been charged $0.48c extra on her credit card and requested to know what that was about. I told [redacted] I did not know what the charge was about. I told her from our end, we had received only the $15.98 that she paid for the license plate and I suggested to her to speak to her bank to find out what that was about. If [redacted] takes the time to speak to her bank regarding the .48c, she will KNOW that that charge was not made by [redacted]. There was never any discussion between myself and [redacted] about 'out of town' as she stated in her statement to you, the Revdex.com...one of several fallacies. What [redacted] seems to not want to understand as part of this is that when she ordered the license plate on our website and pay by credit card, [redacted], as the vendor, has absolutely NO access to her credit card information and would thus be unable to take any monies from her card beyond that which she paid when she made the transaction for the license plate on our website.[redacted] was extremely rude and verbally abusive with a bullying approach on her calls...would barely allow me to speak. As a result, I told [redacted], I would refund her the $15.98 that she paid for the license plate. I believed that would be the best solution in the situation. There has been once or twice when a license plate has gone missing. We usually simply send out a replacement. Given [redacted]'s attitude, however, I thought it best just to refund the transaction.I immediately refunded [redacted] the $15.98 she paid for the license plate as soon as I got off the phone from speaking with her after the second phone call mentioned above.I then received a nasty email from [redacted] stating we are a scam and questioning my honesty in telling her that a refund would be issued. In an effort to provide verification to [redacted] that the refund had been issued, I then went our PayPal Merchant Account, and forwarded to [redacted] a copy of the refund information as stated in our PayPal Merchant Account, although I know [redacted] would have received a notification directly from PayPal when the refund was made. I explained in that email that it would take a few days for the refund to show up on her account as it does take a few days to process. In that same email, I also apologized to her for the inconvenience, and I wished her happy holidays.I received three subsequent unpleasant emails from [redacted] which left me wondering why since she was already refunded. After that third email, I restated to [redacted] that she had been refunded $15.98, the total amount paid to [redacted]. Only after stating in that email to [redacted] that if the abusive emails did not stop, I would be forced to report her to the appropriate authorities did the emails from her stop. She was already refunded. She had been sent a copy of the refund statement that I received from PayPal, our Merchant Account, when I processed the refund. So, WHY?With Kindest RegardsHope“Be Kind to Unkind People, they need it the most.”

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I am not sure what kind of business I am not really sure of her response and how I'm supposed to respond to such untrurh. I absolutely reacted to a rude and unprofessional woman who did not tell me to hold on, but answered a business phone by saying "hello" which As I mention in my complaint made me very wiery of this business being legit. She did state that she would call back because she was on the phone. I did go to the website and gave my opinion, which is I've never dealt with a company like this before. I was told tracking cost, didn't know as system didn't say when I purchased. And also I contacted my bank only after hours passed and this lady never called me back, the bank brought to my attention that I was charged a transaction fee for foreign. I did call back asking why .48cents and they claim not to know and she became rude by saying I'll just refund everything. She stated that she had to call somewhere and see where the plate was. She became very defensive and she also was rude. I was a customer who reacted to her. She continually emailed me several emails from my comment on their website. I have never had a company that has one person who does all that, as if she was home and just emailing me. Lastly, I told her if she keeps emailing me she will be blocked and go to spam. I believe from the emails hat I did save she was a kid. The names and comments that she made about me being unhappy is ludicrous. I simply was blown away from her unprofessionalisn and told her, immediately she became very rude, defensive, and almost bully like, I just wouldn't allow her to bully me. I kept advising her that I was a customer or did she forget. I would never recommend this company or ever utilize any of their articles. My bank gave me my money back. I never got the plate, by the way. I never receive any communication from her once I advise she would go to spam. This is a distant and unimportant memory to me. I went to Revdex.com because I really thought this was a fake compaby, still not convinced that it isn't. So please I never want to hear from this crazy unprofessional company again. I just want all consumers to be aware because they're not a good business. Or better yet, she's a horrible "customer service" agent. This person really believes she was in the right as a "professional" to do the things she did from hanging up phone emailing me 4 times and calling me names until I told her she would go to spam.. all for a license plate? Yea she's probably unhappy with her life. Thank youP.S. if I have to send emails just ask, I will be more than happy to prove that I am not the bully nor am I crazy for asking about my license plate and fee I was charged or being suspicious when she answers an alleged business phone "hello" and I'll call you back and never does.
