I ordered a hover board for my son for christmas in november and payed through pay pal when reviewing my purchase the invoice was listed with a Revdex.com logo so I felt as though it was a valid website and that there wouldn't be any issues its now 2 weeks into January and my item has yet to arrive I have contacted them via email and phone 10 times and they have yet to resolve the issue I have requested a refund as well and I keep getting told customer service would get back to me but they never do

Refund I have tried to fix it with the seller on multiple occasions and they arent trying to resolve the issue either by sending a new item or figuring out why mine never arrived or by simply refunding the money
