She booked 2 rooms for 3 nights through booking.com knowing the agreement that she made was those rooms was for a lower... rate due to having non refundable rooms. We have made multiple contact with her to solve the problem and she continued to yell and call many inappropriate names. She would call many times in one day and our management did their best to respond even though we was closed for the winter. Now after everything is done we are no longer willing to negotiate with her and she will not be allowed on property starting 3/14/2017. She told me she would need to speak with her husband and would call me back on Thursday. As long as she honors her word when we arrive to Branson, I will consider this matter resolved.
