Review: One of the smaller hands on my watch broke off and is now blocking the rest of the watch's movements. I have only had this watch in working condition for a month or two.Desired Settlement: I like the look and functions of this watch . But it is no longer working after such a short amount of time. I would seriously consider a replacement watch that actually works reliably.

Review: I ordered two watches from their web site that was [redacted]. I received one of two watches and I have called and left messages and have emailed them multiple times and I get no response at all. The one time I was able to talk to someone, she said that she would look into it and call me back. I have NEVER received a call or email from them. This order was placed on June * and was promised delivery by Father's Day. I didn't even receive the one watch by that time. I found that Stuhrling owns the web site by going to [redacted] and found that they are the owners. I have emailed on the following days: 6/**/13 6/**/13 6/**/13 6/**/13 6/**/13 7/*/13 7/*/13 7/**/13 I have left message at the following phone number ###-###-####. I have not left any other messages because no one ever answers when you call and they say they are closed and items were shipped in time for Father's Day. 6/**/13 - I left a message When I called ###-###-####, they said that they could not help me.Desired Settlement: I would like the watch that is owed to me. I ordered it and I really wanted to get it.

Review: On December [redacted], I ordered a watch from The Today Show's Steals & Deals Segment from Stuhrling Original. As advertised, they promised delivery within 1-2 weeks. My order was acknowledged on the [redacted] via email and my payment to Stuhrling cleared my bank on 12/*. On December [redacted], I still hadn't hear anything further about my order, so I contacted Stuhrling to inquire about possible delivery times. I received a response the same day that all order would be shipped by the end of the week and I would receive an email with my tracking information. I never received this email, so I emailed again on 12/**. That same day I received a pen in the mail with a vague letter that their computer system crashed and that "some" orders may not be delivered on time but that I would receive an email soon with my shipping information. I never received a direct response to my email from that day so at 5:30 on 12/** I left a voicemail. On the [redacted], I received an email back that included the letter I received with the pen, but still no shipping information. On the [redacted], I sent another email and informed them of my intent to complain if I was not a) issued a refund or b) given real information about the status of my order. I never received a response from that email so at 7:30am on 12/** I sent another email and informed them I would file a complaint with both you, the Revdex.com, and the NY State Attorney General if I am not contacted by noon. It is now 1:41 pm. I have not received any contact from the company. I believe I have now purchased a product this company has zero intent of shipping.

Overall, I am very saddened by this entire process, the lack of shipment, product and communication. I have heard great things about the quality of the company, the look of the watch I chose was exactly what I wanted, and now in addition to not giving my boyfriend the gift I was most excited to, I have had to purchase other gifts for the Holiday.Desired Settlement: I purchased a product under the belief the company would ship within the 1-2 weeks they have promised. In addition to not shipping as promised, they will not communicate with me about my order and therefore I deserve a full refund for $79.00. Their failure to meet their legal obligation to provide the product I paid for negates their no return policy, in my opinion.
