I am rejecting this response because: no resolution offered - letter incomplete.Choice was offered to release me from contract, or I pursue the stolen jewelry claim Business has not addressed those options.Please advise

The customer [redacted] hired Merry Maids on June 20, 2014 for the location on [redacted] San. Antonio, Texas 78260 and he signed a contract for 24 cleanings. On this location Mr, [redacted] only did 10 cleanings out of the 24 cleanings due to he moved to a new home which is at [redacted]. At this new location Mr. [redacted] did 6 out of the 14 cleanings he has left in order to finish his contract with Merry Maids. At the time of the sale the sales associate explained Mr. [redacted] that the service is 100% service guarantee. During the time he was getting Merry Maids service he never called to complain, because at Merry Maids we have to log a called each time the customer called.
