I must agree with the Negative Review.I did buy the Product online for $49.99.Through Paypal My issue is exactly the same as the other reviewer " [redacted] " Your e-mail address doesn't workThe e-mail just bounces right back as Delivery Status Notification (Failure) And your "Contact US" page also doesn't work! This means you either haven't renewed your Web Server Provider Fee, or you don't have any HyperlinksEither way you can't offer products on the Web, with Guarantees if no one can contact you! I don't care if you do work out of your Garage! U must have a way for Customers who buy your Products to be able to contact you! What's the deal? Just saying Technical Difficulties means nothing!
I ordered a SCF X-from Stuncityflorida.com I received the product as expected, it works as expected, but there was some conflicting information between the video I watched before buying and the enclosed instructions
I went to their website to ask about this conflict The customer support part of their webpage wouldn't work I could write my question but when I clicked on "Submit" nothing happened
Next I called the number provided for customer support I didn't get to talk to anyone but left a message leaving them my phone number and asked them to call me because I had questions I never received a reply so I called again, and again, and again, each time leaving a message but never heard from them
Next I went to their FaceBook home page and left a message there; no response I left a second message asking why they wouldn't return phone calls or messages, and telling them their webpage didn't work Still no response
They claim a unconditional lifetime warranty, which is a big reason I chose them over other companies Now I question how good this warranty would actually be if needed How could you get a replacement if you can't contact them
Next I was going to look up their company on "Google World" and see just how big a company it was I was beginning to think maybe it was just a one man, out of the garage kind of business The only address given is a P.OBox number so now I don't know what to think
When I looked them up on the Revdex.com website I find that they aren't affiliated with the Revdex.com
I still have no answers and have about run out of options I guess my next move will be to spread the word via FaceBook telling people of my experience and telling them they may want to look to another company to do business with

I have been doing business with Stun City Florida for quite some time now. Every member of my family now owns at least one of their powerful flashlight stun guns. They have some really informative online videos on their website that show how the product works and operates. Be aware! They normally do not answer their 866 number, however, if you contact them on their website under the "contact us" section, you will get a direct response from a support technician within a few hours. I have seen them at several local Florida gun shows and believe me, they are usually swamped with customers. One show I couldn't even purchase one because they were so busy with other customers.
