First off, this is the first we are hearing of this complaint.  As I have just received an email notification, and gone in to browse the listed documents and complaints, I noticed they were all mailed to a physical address which does not have a mail box receptacle.   The latest...

communication has the correct address as PO Box.   We have not received any mail from the original complaints as they were undeliverable.   This is the FIRST time we are receiving notification via email, which I assume is due to the undelivered mail communications... It is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] did not understand the scope of the work and extensive labor involved after we communicated to her last winter, after she contacted us when her trailer unit froze due to neglect of running out of heating fuel.   We advised Ms. [redacted] to file an insurance claim for the damage, as it was going to be considerable labor/materials to replace all piping that was cracked and damaged due to freezing.   Ms. [redacted] advised us she did not have insurance on the unit.   We communicated to her and made arrangements to let the unit set for winter and begin repairs in the spring once all of the snow was melted and there was access under the trailer.   As planned, we began the work.   We have all documentation and also witnesses who can attest to us being at the park on the specified days.   Our techs even had conversations with and helped with Ms. [redacted]'s ill father.   All work was completed.   We even went above and beyond to spray paint the trailer skirting that we put up on our last day there, which we did to help Ms. [redacted], on the day we filed the lien against Ms. [redacted] and the property, for being told directly that she has no intention of paying.   We finished the job and even went well beyond.  It seems very unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] was dealing with many things and it seems she was just in over her head.   We performed our work as agreed upon, even when the dates suddenly had to be changed due to the trailer being put up for sale and was soon under contract.   It is also unfortunate that Ms. [redacted]'s account and recollection of the communications we had are so untrue.   All of our phone conversations are documented and the tone Ms. [redacted] alleges is false.   This issue unfortunately had to be handed over to attorneys due to the manner in which Ms. [redacted] handled herself; to which Sturgeon Creek Enterprises LLC had a positive outcome.   The work and invoice were validated and the balance was paid in full at the time of the unit closing.
