My agreement (signed Contractor's Invoice on Jun 16) with R&B Concrete and Construction (Mr *** *** owner) called for the construction of a building slab Greene Coapproved building plans were provided I provided an initial payment equating to a bit more than 50% of the jobPost agreement, the contractor chose not to follow the approved plans (e.gno rebar in footers or upright through block foundation wall, no mortar or cement in cement block wall, no chipped limestone used for fill, no support sonotubes to be used for building structure support and no septic piping installed)His sub-contractor (a mason) laid the cement block walls then R&B C&C did not place cement or mortar in the open cement block areas provided at the top of the slab before filling the whole slab area with pea gravel A 50' portion of the 7' block wall broke completely through R&B C&C ha
