10851477, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Ruger said they would send me a refund check for $ within days & I am waiting for their check to me in the mail, as of 10-19-I have not received it yet.!!

I know there aren't many individuals using Revdex.com to decide which firearm to purchase, but I felt compelled to write a few light hearted words about Ruger My experiences are with their *** ***, and ** **I am not an avid gun collector, gun smith/ dealer, or manufacturer in any way, just a regular guy that likes shooting targets and exploring the wilderness with a little protectionI've had nothing but positive experiences with RugerThe company has great business sense, building products as good as or better than the competitors and sell for a more reasonable priceTheir customer service is great too, always upbeat and ready to answer questionsI haven't had any issues with my firearms, but I have friends who have had minor defects where Ruger either repaired/replaced the defected part or replaced the firearm entirely with no questions askedRuger really makes you feel like "part of the family"I plan on staying with this family for as long as I can and I would highly suggest that you join their family too!

I have owned various and numerous Ruger firearms for 4 decades, but never asked for service until recently. Due to the age and cosmetic appearance of a firearm part, I took my gun to Ruger in Prescott. Within 2 business days they replaced the part, and this was for a gun no longer in production, in addition to which they performed a safety and functionality test. And then, to top it off, they shipped my gun to me with 2-day delivery. And this was ALL free of charge. This is one of the most outstanding customer service experiences that I have had in nearly seven decades of life.

I have owned various and numerous Ruger firearms for 4 decades, but never asked for service until recently.
