Hello,In to regard to the complaint [redacted] , we find the complaint not warranted due to the customer understanding our services are to be addressed or to fulfill any unsatisfactory issue at the time of service or even extend to anytime on the same dayOnce the customer return days later we can not be held responsible to any incident we can not factor liabilityWe have done many waivers to maintain good customer relationships and in this case the customer could have directly seek adjustment at the time of service with the technicianWe can not refund any services customers that have already rendered and leaving the shopPlease have this complaint remove as it does not prove liability on the technician or the business.Best Regards,Thai
