Revdex.com Complaint originally received by Patient Financial Services (PFS) on 11/5/15.Their investigation on the same day revealed that refund check had already been issued to complainant on 9/25/in the course of business.PPS notified both the Revdex.com and left a message for the complainant on 11/5/concerning the resolution.complainant returned call to Patient Billing representative on 11/5/stating that he had received the check.In examining these issues, we consider this matter closedPlease feel free to contact me If you have questions.Sincerely, Cinda J P [redacted] , RN, MSN, MPAExecutive Director
