Purchased item from website on 12/27/2019. The item was a snake ring. On 01/11/2020 I still hadn't received notice of shipping so I emailed the company. They responded saying they were out of stock and were waiting for more from the warehouse. They offered me a refund if I didn't want to wait. The item is tour memorabilia from a Taylor Swift tour. No more are being produced. So I asked them if they could confirm they had the product at the warehouse. They could not. So on 01/16/2020 I requested that they cancel my order and give me a refund. It's been one week and I've sent several followup emails but the company has not responded, nor have they given me a refund.
