Regarding ***'s complaint:
1.She states that prior to January 9, she repeatedly asked for payment for her itemsWe have no recollection that she asked for paymentWhen she would come in, she would look around, tell us to hold on to her account, as she may use her credit to purchase
something in the future
2.Yes, January 9th, she left a note, for us to send her a checkWe were finishing closing one store, dealing with the flooding, ectWe did not get back to her promptly, which is our policy
3.Beginning January 26, are copies of our emailsFirst, I apologize, and that the check is sent (copy of theenvelope is attached, but the date is difficult to read)Second, she tells us she recommends our shop to friendsThir she has not received the check (#***, copy attached) by 1/and we find out we sent it to ***, not ***Attached is a copy of her contract with usIt looked on the contract like ***
4.At this point, we stop payment on check #***, 1/29, send a cashier check to ***, for $owed her(copy enclosed) She does stop in 2/as she requested, for payment of $130, cash, and picked up the remainder of her itemsThe final payment of $will go out to her this week
Therefore, as of 2/7, she is paid upTo our knowledge, we have not had a complaint filed in the years of doing consignment dealing with literally 1000's of clients

I have been payed $and $at this time, and items have been returnedHowever I have an inventory sheet with a total of items , some of which cannot be accounted for At this time my account has not been completely reconciledI hope to resolve this soonI understand they owe me an additional $I have not met with them at this time to compare their inventory sheet with my inventory sheet
