Review: I purchased a product from this company on 3/20/2016. The status on the order has yet to be shipped. I've attempted to email the company twice and i've called the company and left a message, no one has gotten back to me. I am a hairstylist and needed the mannequin for work, so I was forced to purchase my mannequin elsewhere.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund since I never received the product I ordered.

Review: I purchased an item about 3 years ago from StyleBell LLC and returned it. I was told I had a store credit of approximately $95.00 to 100.00. I have tried to select a replacement but every item listed says it is out of stock. I continued trying to find something to no avail since every item I decided on came up as "out of stock".

Just about every day I am going to their website still getting the same response.

I have tried repeatedly almost daily calling at least 2 different numbers and also writing to their customer service or equivalent and have gotten no response at all. I have told them that I found 2 items I would like but they are coming up as "Out of Stock". I don't know what to do. Thank you.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to get a refund or allow me to order other items since they have had my money plus the item I returned for approximately 3 years and many times I have tried to select something other than the original item and there was nothing I could use. I finally decided to pick out something that might work so that I would not lose my money. Now the past few months each item I select is Out of Stock and I looked all other pages and practically every item is marked the same way "Out of Stock". No one ever answers the phone and I tried clicking on "Contact Us" and submitted notes to them several times and have never gotten a response. I feel they are out of business and I have lost my money. Thank you.

Review: I have called the company unsuccessfully. I have sent an email through their site with no reply. I need to send back items that were not the right products.Desired Settlement: I want to send the items back and receive a full refund. I was not aware until I received the package that they do not accept brushes back even though my items are unopened.
