Posted message on company's insatgram page stating my displeasure over item that was told was being shipped. Tracking number was for an address in Florida and I stay in Texasafterwards was sent email from business on Monday May **that my business was no longer wanted at there store and that
my money was being refunded to me. Money posted to my account today May **. Will be going to bank in morning to change credit cards to protect from any fraud.

She asked me to say I gave it to her and now she is a loyal shopper and she's obsessed with the products and so far as we have received our product everything came out great definitely would recommend this business

Hi I got a custom bridal gowns very last minute with this company and everything turned out actuallyGreat more than I cold hoped for or imagined my wedding was a week away and I had no II rest due to a Issue with my last dress designer I would highly recommend this company because they say it's my wedding and gave me great service and quality product

I purchased dress 4 days ago from this website I contacted the management via email and explain to them that it was my birthday and I needed this emergency outfit ASAP what can they do for me... With no extra charge or nothing the management told me my order will be taken care of ASAP and the processing time would have been waived I receive my dress within 24 hours of placing my order I am completely satisfied with this website and would recommend it highly recommended

Review: I purchases a dress online on 4/**but had to return for an exchnange. I provided a tracking number and contact the company to advise them that I was sending the dress back for a bigger size. Since they have received the dress back, the communication with the company came to a seize. I've contacted them over 50 times via phone (messages left) and email. I spoke with somemone on 4/**and was informed that the dress was already shipped and they would email me my tracking number. Didn't receive a email or package. I was finally able to speak with someone on 5/**/14 but I had to call from a different number as before they wouldn't answer my line. The owner was very rude and hung up in my face. I called back and she informed me that it was shipped and gave me a tracking number and told me that I would recieve my item on 5/**but when I tracked the item, the item was shipped to an address in Florida but I live in Texas. I tried to contact them and the number has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: I desire a complete refund including the express shipping that I paid for. I also desire a letter of apolize for being so rude and disrespectful through me. I follow all of their guidelines and policy regarding the return of a purchase and all I got was the run around.
