Review: Stylehouse Furnishings failed 3 times to deliver the correct matching color set of sectional. They blamed Lane Furniture for each failed attempt. It seems the manager would follow up with Lane to ensure the proper color fabric was being shipped to their store. The customer service has been really disappointing. The management failed to call us back when they were supposed to. The owner Leslie Downs will not return our phone calls nor will she take our phone calls when we call her. We had to drive up to the store to meet with her face to face to hash it out. She basically said there is nothing they can do to make this deal right. She also said she now has 3 couches she has to sell, meaning all the mistakes her employees and Lane made in the ordering. Not my problem, should have done a better job at following through with the manufacture. In this day and age of technology you would think an owner would try and do the right thing and deal with her upset customer. There has been no accountability for any of the mistakes. Someone needs to be held accountable. Word travels fast on the inter web and I can guarantee you this intel will get out to the masses. Should have taken better care of your customers....Maybe you will hold someone accountable now. I am telling all my friends and family to stay far away from that business...Desired Settlement: Refund of first purchase, and we hold the couches until we get our new set from Couch Potato..
