Very disappointed and I haven't even received the product yet.....which is the problemI received e-mail saying my item would ship between August 9th and 18th and i'd receive e-mail telling me when it shipped Nothing so far I called today (19th) to be told those dates are just an estimate! Not a good way to conduct businessI order online frequently and use to companies delivering when they say they will Not happy with Stylemined!!!!

Over a month ago I placed an order and my C.Cwas charged The Cohas no way to contact a person and only responds via email or maybe online chat which took almost an hrto get a response All information told to me from both customer service and chat customer service have been false It has been over days and actually will be paying on C.Cbefore getting product Costates hrsfor email and mine was over days, confirmation email states to days to ship: has been over a month Over was charged and birthdays and I wedding has taken place which product was for I didn't receive correspondence from Costating a delay in shipping or that the product itself would be delayed Very very disappointed, frustrated, and angry that I'm unable to reach a person or get a truthful response to where the product is, and when I can expect to receive it

Stylemind business practices are not being very honest, when it comes from there orders and shipping datesthere standard notification for customers is not true to there formThe company needs to be better in keeping promises to get the item to the customer on timeand it should give daily or weekly updates on ordersto there customersI will not shop stylemind in the future and I encourage others to do the same

I ordered a blow dryer February 25th I still haven't received shipping information it's now march 5thInstead they sent me skincare products that I did not order and charged my card $for something more expensive that I didnt even orderI will never order from this company againI had to change my card number out of fear that they may charge my card again .I think this site is a scam

Hello I do not like that I have to complain about any company but I have been given no other optionI have a complaint and the emails I have received show me they are not interested in helping me with my simple reasonable requestI ordered two items from this companyThey arrived to me later than expected and they were going to be a giftI didn't open box I knew I was going to send back as I no longer needed them and I looked online to see how to return and it said I had to request this by email so I explained just like I did aboveItems came late no longer needed would like to send back unopenedTheir reaponse was no all personal items such as most of what they sell can not be returnedI totally can understand that if I opened the box, but all boxes are still sealedplease help me return items or at least warn others this company only sells items with a very poor customer service policyBuyer beware

I placed an order with StyleMinded on March 9, and three weeks later on March 30, the order still had not shipped so I canceled the orderThey charged my credit card prior to the order being shipped I called them twice one representative told me that orders usually ship in to business and another told me that it usually takes about one month for orders to shipIn my experience merchants don't charge the credit card before the items shippedNot so with StyleMinded I am very disappointed and will never order from them againBuyer beware

I placed an order a month ago to date..my Account was debited for said item. Only got an estimated ship date, now no status update on order per call to Customer Care a few days ago. I was told that when it is ready to ship I will be notified.
This is bad business practice, most prob have to wait for China to make more items. However it showed available when I placed the order.
Didn't take but a minute for it to show up debited on my Bank statement.
Annoyed.

I placed an order on June 21 and have yet to receive it. I contacted a StyleMined customer service representative and boy was she rude and extremely unprofessional. Take it from a Texas native, DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS AND THEIR EXCUSES ARE EPIC FAILS.

I was just not satisfied with their customer service phone calls regarding a Ion toothbrush....when I placed the order, I had no idea there were no returns allowed on the item..I received it and called customer service to start a return...snotty pants female told me it says right on the website that it wasn't returnable....However, what I saw before placing the order was that Stylemined would accept returns on anything I'm not 100% happy with. I never opened the box, and the seal is still intact....I forgot I had another electric toothbrush, and really didn't want this item. Plus, the reviews were very negative about this particular product.
I really want my money back from this company and to be allowed to return it.

I ordered a watch from on 12/16/15 I recieved a confirmation email on that day. Which stated that my order is being processed, most orders arrive within 5 days and my order will ship between 12/21/15 and 12/30/15. After a month on 1/19/16 I called Styleminded to request that the order be cancelled a the intitial customer service rep advised that the reason that can offer products at disount prices is due to their 4-6 week shipping delay. She also advised me that my order is finally being processed on 1/19/16. I asked her to cancel the order and she refused. I requested a manager. The manager Mindy that I spoke confirmed that my order is just being processed, which is contrary to the email that I received on 12/16/15. I also requested refund . Mindy advised me that she will contact her Supervisors and Attempt to process my refund, If she is and If they are able that I will receive a confirmation email or call. Today is 1/20/16 it has been 24 hours, and I have not received a response from Mindy or any styleminded of their representatives.

I have to agree with every negative review of Stylemined. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I will never again.
I ordered a mother's day gift for my mother and a month in I have not recieved my order nor any shipping information from them. I have contacted them 4 times via email only to receive vague emails that it will be coming soon.
They are scammers.

I purchase from stylemined at least twice a month I have never had an issue with receiving my products on time! I love you stylemined keep bring me awesome deals. I tell everyone about you.

Over a month ago I placed an order and my C.C. was charged. The Co. has no way to contact a person and only responds via email or maybe online chat which took almost an hr. to get a response. All information told to me from both customer service and chat customer service have been false. It has been over 30 days and actually will be paying on C.C. before getting product. Co. states 24 hrs. for email and mine was over 5 days, confirmation email states 7 to 10 days to ship: has been over a month. Over 250.00 was charged and 2 birthdays and I wedding has taken place which product was for. I didn't receive correspondence from Co. stating a delay in shipping or that the product itself would be delayed. Very very disappointed, frustrated, and angry that I'm unable to reach a person or get a truthful response to where the product is, and when I can expect to receive it.

Buyer beware!! This is definitely a bait and switch company. I saw the August Steiner watch on access hollywood, supposedly was worth hundreds of $$, but access hollywood viewers get discount. Ordered watch. It took forever to come, and after less than 2 months of wearing the silver tone is already wearing off the watch band, exposing cheap base metal beneath it. No way is this the real deal. I think that they get either defective or "specialy made for them" knock off products to sell. I emailed to complain, haven't heard a word. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

OMG!! This company should NEVER be solicited by The View again!!! They are quick to take your order and to take your money using your credit card information, but the merchandise never arrives when promised. I've tried this company twice, once during Christmas when most of my items did not make it by Christmas even though they kept saying it would arrive on Christmas-Eve. I ended up cancelling those orders. Here we are in April and I decide to give them another try. I placed an order and 30 days later no communication, no merchandise, no NOTHING! I call and was told by the operator that my order was not processed because I canceled an order in December (WHAT THE HECK!!!)....I demand to speak with a supervisor and he says that the order is back-logged and it will be shipped in another 2 weeks. Where is the communication with the company? You took my money immediately, but I, the customer has to track down, and be lied to in the process of getting an order status....NEVER AGAIN!!!! I HATE poor Customer Service and that's exactly what you get from this company.
