I was taking my year old grandson here for about years and the guy (first chair on the left hand side) was doing a good jobMy grandson had a high top and as you know this took him a long time to grow outThe day before he started 6th grade I took him to get his hair cut and the guy cut down to his scalp in a spot and didn't say anything about itI didn't notice until the next day when I was standing over my grandsonWhen I called about it the lady said I should have said something right awayHow could I have since I just saw itI had to take my grandson to another barber to even his hair out and had to cut his entire hightop downThe first day of 6th grade!! He will never forget this horrible experience Very poor customer serviceI will never be back

I was taking my 12 year old grandson here for about 2 years and the guy (first chair on the left hand side) was doing a good job. My grandson had a high top and as you know this took him a long time to grow out. The day before he started 6th grade I took him to get his hair cut and the guy cut down to his scalp in a spot and didn't say anything about it. I didn't notice until the next day when I was standing over my grandson. When I called about it the lady said I should have said something right away. How could I have since I just saw it.
