Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The boss of Styling company has still yet to contact me since the day my hair stylist had told me she would contact meHer immediate response is yet to come stillThe fix was not immediate and still not resolvedI had moved away from NJ the 22nd of that month and my hair stylist knew thisI would like to see some proof that the Boss of Styling Co, has tried to contact me in which she hasn't"Fixing" my hair isn't just trying to give me shampoo insteadRegardless of whether or not you have stars on [redacted] doesn't mean that one of your employees didn't mess upShe did not pay attention to my hair, or take the time my hair neededNow I understand what "fit in" means when shes talking about her schedule, AKA not taking time on her clients hair and rushing it insteadThe employee also made several comments on my hair during the process that concerned me, "Wow your hair lightens quick" When she was talking about the bleach in my hair that left straight lines that weren't even remotely blended and also "oh, seems like some of your color turned purple and some other colors" proving that she knew my initial color that I wanted wouldn't be what I was going to getI had texted the employee the day after my appointment and it is now 3/3/and the boss of styling company had yet to contact meOf course when drastic measures are taken the Boss contacts the Revdex.com instead of the actual customer STILLIts evident that my issue will not be solved because I'm being a "Dishonest" CustomerThey will be getting a bad review from meSadly now I'm out of a good sum of money I had paid for my hairWhen yet I had fixed my own hair with a STORE BOUGHT BOX OF HAIR DYE and yet the employee couldn't do anything for my hair except provide me with a "cup" of shampooAbsolutely ridiculous Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in response to a complaint we received from your departmentfiled by a client that visited our salon.To be brief and to the pointOur company policy is as follows, regardingunsatisfied clients :We do not offer money back/refund until we have a chance to fix the "said"problem
first. This policy protects us, as a company against fraudulentclaims made by dishonest clients for the purpose of getting free services.We have many great , knowledgeable stylists and color experts on site thatwill fix any issue that may have occurred in our salon.With regards to this particular client- the stylist that performed the colorservice , our front desk manager and the owner all worked quickly to resolvethis so called problem. However the client did not make herself available,as you will read in the proof I have sent you.She also did not show up for her scheduled appointment with the ownerregarding this issue.(as you will see in the proof sent )Additionally , the amount of color charge to her as you will see was $135,not the $She had a haircut and also tipped out the stylist.(BTW -Why tip someone of you are unhappy) Additionally , you will see thatthe client has been to Sue before without incident.Please also note that we have hundreds of positive reviews from local sitesto our Demand Force client listings base , as well as a star rating withYelp.Any additional information will gladly be provided .RegardsSteven B***Office Manager at The Styling Co

I am rejecting this response because:
 The boss of Styling company has still yet to contact me since the day my hair stylist had told me she would contact me. Her immediate response is yet to come still. The fix was not immediate and still not resolved. I had moved away from NJ the 22nd of that month and my hair stylist knew this. I would like to see some proof that the Boss of Styling Co, has tried to contact me in which she hasn't. "Fixing" my hair isn't just trying to give me shampoo instead. Regardless of whether or not you have 5 stars on [redacted] doesn't mean that one of your employees didn't mess up. She did not pay attention to my hair, or take the time my hair needed. They will be getting a bad review from me. Sadly now I'm out of a good sum of money I had paid for my hair. When yet I had fixed my own hair with a STORE BOUGHT BOX OF HAIR DYE and yet the employee couldn't do anything for my hair except provide me with a "to-go cup" of shampoo. Absolutely ridiculous.
