Order Not Received Order placed on 11/10/2018 not received. Tracking shows only a packing label was printed, but not receipt by the USPS. In calling customer service I have left several messages with not return calls.

I purchased a product from Stylish Rack in April of When I received the product, it did not fit Moreover, I could tell immediately that it was low quality and not nearly what I was expecting You got the feeling that when you washed it, it would simply fall apart At the time, return instructions were no where to be found on the shipping invoice or website, so I reached out to their email address (as no phone number is listed) I was told that the only option was a store credit, a policy that was listed no where on their website I kindly requested a refund to my credit card (after I returned the product) as the item did not fit and I was disappointed with the quality overall I had an email exchange with a customer service person and a manager, and received no further assistance other than the ability to return the product for a credit Several emails had spelling/grammar/irregular English mistakes, which leads me to believe that their customer service is not US-bas

the company ignored my refund request when they have a 100%refund guarante no exceptions
I recently bought eight items from this companyWhen I recite vex them the clothes were to big and baggy and the material did not feel right,with that being said I emailed and called for a refund request form and the company keeps asking me why I am return the clothes and told them the clothes are not the right size and I don't like the material and look of the productsThey still would not give me a refund return slip when in the rut policy statement and return statement it says "100% refund and return guaranteed with no exceptions "The company is ignoring my phone calls and I have left several messages for the past week

I emailed on October 31, to return Order # XXXXXStylish Rack replied asking what the problem with the order wasI explained how the product (a sweatshirt) did not fit well, as it was made poorly, and I'd like to return it for a refundStylish Rack sent the return form on November I sent the product back and the returned item was delivered back to Stylish Rack on November per tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX via USPSI received no refund or correspondence from Stylish Rack, so on November I emailed them back and said that my return was delivered weeks prior and that I never received my refundThey replied on November 20, saying they would send the tracking number to the warehouse to check the status of the returnThat was the last I heard from themI emailed Stylish Rack again on November and received no answer
