I job entailed taking down her already installed panels of fence that was over an old broken wall drill and sleeve system install the existing fence she had which was low-quality and cut to the sizes it was already installed with which was wrong . digitally she was asked if she would like to redo the entire project which was suggested and she had turned that down . It was a straight run offense that she wanted to use all existing materials besides what I told her was totally unusable to the amount of two panels we also included a t-section which was not present at the time leaving a huge gap between what she had on the property line fence in an existing gate portion that her and her husband are supposedly another company had done and done a terrible job with not using the proper brackets metal poles etcto do such a maneuver on offense on an old wallThe job was completed and done to the best of our abilities based on the fact that it was a repair a temporary repair at that because it was not suggested based on the fact that it should have been totally redone however it was done correctly to the best of our abilities and did hold up over a year and at that point *** had contacted us that she was having some more issues with it as was to be expected because it should have been totally redone which she turned down top of which she did not pay the remaining balance of $totaling for materials labor installation , five metal poles in five sleep system brackets x vinyl poles that would be needed to repair the portion of fence that was on the wall that fell over originally and two new panels offense that we needed because the measurements were caught and made wrong from her and her husband all the mysterious company that did the job and would not come back and repeat of the original mess job *** did speak with me but lonely and very rude threatening Iger rhythms and was basically unable to communicate in any realistic fashion and would not pay our original debt owed to us for the job that had held up for over a year being a temporary repair I explained that we would have no problem coming and fixing to the best of our abilities what had been done but again that it was only a temporary repair and should have been redone totally in the first place that she turned down and made it impossible to accomplish. Without being paid our original balance of and doing a job that was not supposed to be done in the first place as being repaired to a successful repair of over a year with a huge brunt of winter storms holding up to all of which I job was more than well of satisfactory and on top of which I'm not being paid she has been very threatening and abrasive with our attempts to deal with her as far as paying our original bill which we had walked away from but would not need if we were to honor any repair of work done so our attempts with her to work this out have been nullified especially that of weights with her bill informative and incorrect measures of describing all work performed work paid for and work originally agreed to all being incorrect I feel that any outcome with her is not of our interests unless she's willing to pay our original balance and come clean with the truth of the whole situation because it seems that she is trying to take this to her advantage when it is clear that she is someone who feels that she cannot pay her bills and blame the guy that told her what should've b??een done forced him into a situation of a roof repair that was impossible to hold forever. apologize if I have any typos as I am using a mobile device to try to respond in a timely fashion to this incorrect attempt at slander of our business which we take much pride in.*** ( owner ) * *
