May 3, 2016 RevDex.com 2800 Euclid Avenue, 4th Floor Cleveland, Ohio 44115 To Whom It May Concern: Re: ID [redacted] In response to the second complaint letter: First of all, may I say the grammar, spelling and structure of the second letter is pathetic and makes no sense at all. • I still question where [redacted] , ***'s daughter fits in. In the first complaint letter, an unnamed woman identified herself as ***'s friend called the salon, but now this is her daughter? This is very confusing to me. • I did seriously ask this person if she was joking because when [redacted] left the salon she was very satisfied. [redacted] told both myself and Nicole she loved her hair and would be back. • In the second complaint letter, someone, I'm assuming is ***, claims she spoke with the "gentleman" (now I'm a gentleman). Also in the second letter they are asking for nothing and have written things only to slander me and my salon thereby proving to me there is no foundation for this complaint. • [redacted] has not complained in person or by phone to myself or Nicole. Not once, Never. If she claims she did, this is a lie. • I have been in this business for over 36 years, have owned my own salon for 28 years and this is a first for me. I am not rude and I treat each client with respect and the utmost in professionalism. • I took first place in Ohio Competitions, [redacted] and my reputation, experience, awards and current successful business speaks for itself. • I have no control over what ex-employees say about me or my business. 1 don't have to defend myself to anyone. I will expand my original offer and I will offer [redacted] free haircare services from now until the end of the year, as we guarantee satisfaction on all of our services. I know myself or a stylist of her choosing would be more than happy to satisfy her haircare needs. [redacted] has never contacted us personally, except through the BBB, so what can I really do? Basically her claim has no merit. I will not be refunding any money simply because we have not seen or heard from ***. She had the opportunity to change her hair with the prime time appointment [redacted] P [redacted] booked for her at 4:30 p.m. on 4/12/16. She was a no show. I would like to be compensated for the missed appointment for 1.5 hours equaling $70. ***, unnamed co-worker, or daughter, may send check to the salon address. This will be my last correspondence with you on this matter so please do not contact me again, as there will be no response. Sincerely, Tim N [redacted] Owner, Stylize Hair Design

To Whom It May Concern: Re: ID ***
The complaintant, *** *** has never complained directly to me or her stylist on the phone or in person*** looked at Nicole (her stylist) and myself at the
conclusion of her service and said she loved her hair, it was exactly what she wanted and would be back next time"Love it, Love it, Love it" is exactly what she saidA woman that did not identify herself, (I later found out her name is *** Patel), that I don't know and have never met, and has never been to Stylize Hair Design called on 4-12-claiming that she and two other co-workers didn't like ***'s hair and would like it changedI asked why, since *** liked it so much when she left here*** P*** said *** didn't want to make anyone feel bad so *** P*** made the call on her behalfI told her this has never happened in my years of business that someone had to have someone speak on their behalfI questioned whether or not *** really didn't like her hair or if her co-workers convinced her not to like it
Either way I told her that our policy is that we guarantee our services to the customers' satisfaction and we would happily change it*** P*** made an appointment for *** on Tuesday at 4:p.mto change ***'s hairI booked out an hour and a half in prime booking for Nicole to change ***'s hair*** never showed up or calledNicole called *** and left a polite message saying she is sorry for her dissatisfaction and would be happy to the serviceNever heard from ***
*** P*** called at 5:p.mto see if *** showed up for appointmentMy wife answered the phone and said no she was not at the salonThe unnamed woman called back on Thursday April and started to harass meI asked her if she was sure ***'s unhappy or you and the co-workers just don't like her hair, and that I was sorry for her unhappiness on the clients' behalfIt's very unusual to have someone speaking on a clients' behalf* P*** then said we are bad stylists and we need to relocate the businessThis makes no sense to me since we have had a successful run at the same location for yearsI asked her if this was a jokeI gave the phone to my wife, as I was in the middle of servicing a client and didn't have time for the nonsense of the conversationLisa could not rationalize with this person and when *** P*** got aggressive, Lisa hung up on herThe next day *** P*** called again screaming at me, telling me she has been researching me and I hung up on herI took her phone number off of the caller I.Dand was planning to turn it over to the *** Police Department for harassmentI do about thousand services a year and this seems to happen about every years or about every 20,servicesBoy, it's hard being in business todayI cried!
Sincerely,

In response to the second complaint letter:
First of all, may I say the grammar, spelling and structure of the second letter is pathetic and makes no sense at all. • I still question where [redacted], [redacted]'s daughter fits in. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]
I will not except this offer. I would never go back to that Salon ever again, not after the results from the first time, and after all this. I would not trust that salon again with my hair. How embarrassing might I add as well. I have no reason to lie, especially if I am going out of my way to contact Revdex.com. My grammer from the previous response is and should not be a factor in this matter. I type on a [redacted] that I got as a gift and sorry for not being able to get used to touch screen, and having to respond to someone who has no remorse for how he talked to me, and thought the whole situation was a joke. Also how can you offer me a whole year of free service compared to a refund which is a lot cheaper then a whole year of free service, and when I do not feel comfortable walking into the salon where I was made a joke of in the end.
