bad attitude with customers and worst experience. Stuff keep saying untruth about actual time of delivery. Paid two month ago and still didn't get what we want. Didn't answer the phone and can't get my money back. What else can I say.

hello this customer already pickedup this table last week. why is he saying all this stuff now?? funny he knew about wait time and he agreed.

Problems as below
#1 Delivery date are not met properly
#2 Delivery cost $50 added after paying the advance
#3 Furniture delivery in boxes was not assembled
#4 Calling multiple times to the store have not picked the call

PLEASE READ ALL THE CHARGES, CONDITIONS... THEY MAKE ALL KIND OF *** PROMISES.... I HAVE ALSO MADE A COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER ONTARIO ABOUT THIS.

In our apartment the delivery time is between specified window, and we have given the time slot for delivery to stylo as 3 to 6 PM. They were trying to delivery at 7:30 and apartment management didint allow. I have all the conversation in e-mail with Hamid signature on it. ***

Dear Zack, Could you please provide me copy of your invoice. I am trying to find out when we deliver your furniture.
However, I can reply you one by one, 1# Delivery dates are approximate, #2, Delivery Charges are always extra, and could be added when customer requested for furniture to be delivered. ( maybe you wanted picked and later you change your mind and added delivery).
3# we do not assumable furniture.

At first the service was good by Mr ***, the sales person , we ordered 2 sets of dinning sets , 1 formal and the other kitchen table , paid in full IN CASH, as per the businesses request, for the tables. The formal table they said they had to place an order and it would take 2 weeks. We placed the order on April 22/17 and got our tables on May 26th , not only they were late, they also charged us 2 delivery charges when the goods were delivered together at the same time. When we raised this concern a Mr. called *** to ask him and *** said he doesn't have time to talk to us or address our concern. So we had to pay the delivery charge twice. That's not all , when we opened the kitchen chairs we found out the chairs backings were missing only the seats were there. My son had to go and pick up the 4 chair backs with frames and the gentleman there said sorry. We should get our 2nd delivery charge back. Then kitchen table fell apart within 3 months. We asked the store to arrange to fix the item where they asked us to deliver and drop table to their supplier which should not have been asked of us. They refused to take any responsibility for their item falling apart. Then they came back and told us if I did not lift a review I posted ion *** they would not repair our table at all which is a infringement on my rights. The table was barely used as we are a retired couple. We purchased it as an extra table in the basement. They gave us the round about for a week until we had our legal rep contact them (On Sept 4) and they return the call. Then our legal rep called again on Sept 8, 2017 at which point they blamed us for breaking the table due to heavy usage and they were rude and hung up on our legal rep. Our legal rep gave them till the next day to come up with a resolution or else we would contact the Revdex.com and then possibly file a claim. They did not return any calls and offer any resolution. Finally we contacted the supplier directly who was very sympathetic to our situation and told us if we can find a way to get the table to them they will repair it for us. My 66 year old husband had to go rent a vehicle and we had to call our children to come and help him load the table and the supplier fixed the table. We never got any call backs from Stylo Furniture & Mattress.

Desired Outcome

Since the supplier fixed the table we want compensation for the extra delivery they charged when the items were initially delivered that was not agreed upon of $30.00 and the cost of a rental vehicle of $20.00 we needed to get to get the table to the supplier.

As per our term and conditions, transportation is not cover. also this furniture was picked up buy customer and it was not delivered. Any issues with furniture, customer has to bring it to repair depot.thanks,Stylo Furniture

Terrible customer service. Hides charges and then charges them after the furniture is bought and delivered. Demands cash payments ***.
