Terrible customer serviceHides charges and then charges them after the furniture is bought and deliveredDemands cash payments ***

On Feb14, I purchased bedroom furniture from "Stylo Furniture & Mattress", I did paid them in full as they required before the delivery dateThey delivered the furniture on Feb22, and damaged my Hardwood stairs, steps are damaged and Stylo Furniture & Mattress Store is not taking responsibility for the damaged that their delivery personnel did to my property
I have called them multiple times and went to the store on March 04, as well but they refused to do anything about the damages

At first the service was good by Mr ***, the sales person , we ordered sets of dinning sets , formal and the other kitchen table , paid in full IN CASH, as per the businesses request, for the tablesThe formal table they said they had to place an order and it would take weeksWe placed the order on April 22/and got our tables on May 26th , not only they were late, they also charged us delivery charges when the goods were delivered together at the same timeWhen we raised this concern a Mr*** called *** to ask him and *** said he doesn't have time to talk to us or address our concernSo we had to pay the delivery charge twiceThat's not all , when we opened the kitchen chairs we found out the chairs backings were missing only the seats were thereMy son had to go and pick up the chair backs with frames and the gentleman there said sorryWe should get our 2nd delivery charge backThen kitchen table fell apart within monthsWe asked the store to arran

Problems as below
#Delivery date are not met properly
#Delivery cost $added after paying the advance
#Furniture delivery in boxes was not assembled
#Calling multiple times to the store have not picked the call
PLEASE READ ALL THE CHARGES, CONDITIONSTHEY MAKE ALL KIND OF *** PROMISESI HAVE ALSO MADE A COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER ONTARIO ABOUT THIS
In our apartment the delivery time is between specified window, and we have given the time slot for delivery to stylo as to PMThey were trying to delivery at 7:and apartment management didint allowI have all the conversation in e-mail with Hamid signature on it*** ***
