If the company provides full purchase price I will accept this issue as closed Mr [redacted] I received your phone message I prefer all communications be in writing I feel your company is not acting in good faith and I want written documentation of all communications Ref your response to Revdex.com: We have replaced the Aqua-Ionizer one time under the warranty and would be willing to replace the unit again, the second unit is in our tech departmentHowever we have been unable to reach the consumer to discuss the tests we have done on the two returned units as the second returned unit indicates that the power source at their home is not compliant with the standard 110/120V AC 60HZ requirement for our productThere appears to be damage in both cases by power surgesWe would like to speak with our customer and offer the best course of action, which we believe would be to provide a full refund of their purchase price and any shipping that they paidWe are continuing to reach out to the customer Your company has on at least occasions stated you will replace the unit per the lifetime warranty that came with the purchase, and to date you have failed to replace it Your reference to the system being damaged due to a power source is wrong as the system is plugged into a UPS as are most of the electronics in this house As you look at the complaint paperwork attached by Revdex.com on page you will see a photo of the area the ionizer was located in AND the UPS into which the ionizer was plugged into The [redacted] is and always has functioned correctly Since every malfunction has occurred while the unit was being used I believe the fault is in the system itself and the only electrical issue is in the system itself I also want to note that the ONLY time you have reached out to contact me is after Revdex.com filed the complaint Most of my emails have been ignored I will agree to a full refund of the purchase price and my shipping costs Purchase price $as per complaint paperwork attached in the Revdex.com file
