Review: Went the Broad Street location today 3/30/14 approx. 2:30 PM. Went to use my 2nd session of spray tanning and was told that my sessions expired on 3/17/14. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was off and not available to speak to me. I purchased 3 sessions and how can they just take them from me? I work hard for my money and to just take my tanning sessions and then ask me if I would like to purchase more is BAD Business. I would like to have someone contact me ASAP about this issue. If this is the kind of business that Palm Beach Tan does I will never refer them to anyone!Desired Settlement: My sessions replaced! And a policy to be in place when a customer has a issue that a manger be notified!
