I brought my car in to get repairs done in April I did not get my car back for almost a month on May 9, The reason for bringing my car in was to get my engine timing done To my vehicleI was also told that it had a major oil leak, which is running into my engine timingI was told it would also be fixed when the repairs are done because it was includedI have my car back now and the repairs are not what was discussedMy car still leaks oil due to the fact that my timing was not done properly
Lou has had our Jeep Wrangler now for three monthsWe have gone to Lou several times before this and never had an issueLou has maybe communicated with us twice within this three month time spanWe've been the ones calling and asking what is going on, if they know the issue, and how much longer and we have been given excuses every timeWe have also been "promised" every time we call that we will have it within the next day or two or before the weekend and it never happened and was not called to tell us otherwiseWe have had to threaten now several times that we are picking it up regardless of it being finished or not and take it to another shop
