Sub-Cooling Heating and Air Conditioning

This business came out and charged us for a repair, and it seems a month later it was their repair that caused the issuew with out AC On April 23, we had issues with the Air conditioning, WE had just purchased the home a few weeks prior and was told it was under warrantyWhen Sub cooling came out they charged us $and as you see from the invoice they determined it was overcharged and released refrigerantLess than weeks later, this issue occurred againThis time we called Lennox directly (the manufacturer of the AC) They sent their technician in which we had to pay an additional HE FOUND THAT THE AC WAS LOW ON REFRIGERANT!! ( THIS MEANS THE PRIOR TECHNICIAN RELEASED TOO MUCH REFRIGERANT) when we contacted sub cooling to explain this error, frankly they were not help and did not want to fix what they didWe only asked the replace the refrigerant they took out when they said it was overchargedInstead they said go through warranty company which we no longer access tooThey
