Review: I had work performed on my sub-zero - installed new ice maker, installed cold control thermostat and a water line was corroted so they had to remove and order that part. When I called to follow up on them coming back to replace water value, they said it was on back order. When I called 2 weeks later to follow up, no one would call me back. I've called many times (over 8) and no one will get back to me.Desired Settlement: I would love someone to come back to complete the job. I would also like a guarantee that they used new parts to fix my sub-zero as now I am skeptical. I have no idea if the work performed is legitimate. I have an invoice but no one answers the phone so not sure this company really exists.

Review: I engaged this company to repair my sub zero refrigerator based on their advertisement as "sub zero specialists" This claim is fraudulent - the sub zero company does not recognize them as specialists.
The repairmen came to my home, and supposedly repaired my refrigerator. They asked for and received $1700,00 in cash. The repair was unsuccessful - the refrigerator was still not in working order. We contacted them and they returned, told us it was a loose wire and that it would soon be working. This was not the case - the freezer is not working!
Based on their one year guarantee, in writing, I contacted them again and again and again, day after day. They have not responded to my calls. When I contacted Sub Zero, they told me that my refrigerator is actually under warranty and that a certified technician would have known this.
We are senior citizens and feel that this company has defrauded us personally and that their advertisement re sub zero and guarantee are also fraudulent.Desired Settlement: We want our money refunded. We feel that this is a scam and we want nothing further to do with this company.
