Review: I found this company as [redacted] certified agent from google search to fix my [redacted] Refrigerator. They sent a repair man to fix the Refrigerator. He told me there was an issue with the relay control and I needed a new board. He charged me $459 and told me the parts had a 1 yr warranty.He got the refigerator working. After only 2 days the referigerator stoped working again so I called the company. I was told they will send the repair man again and made an appt. The guy did NOT turn up and we had to take the afternoon off from work. I called 2 days later and was told sorry the guy did not make it but will reschedule. Yet again the repair man did not keep his 2nd appt. After calling for several days leaving messages I finally was able to contact someone at the company, who made yet another appt and yet again the person did not turn up. Now it has been 2 weeks, I call them every day at least 4-5 times and leave messages but no one calls back. Also the 3rd time when I did get through it was using a friends phone, so I wonder if they are screening my calls? I have had to throw away a fridge and freezer full of food; taken 3 afternnons off from work and yet no luck with them fixing my referigerator!Desired Settlement: I want my $459 back from them plus compensation for loss of food worth at least $100 plus taking 3 afternoons off work worth at least $600.So a total of $1159. If not, at least the $459 they charged me.I also want them black listed from advertising their company on-line as a [redacted] certified repair service so they do not fool someone else.
