I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  In fact, the information provided by the dealer is not true.  They were trying to trick me to buy additional $3,500 service, which I do not need. After I realized their trick, I simply asked them to honor the deal that they promised. 
Now, I simply ask them to honor this deal to resolve this case. 
The deal, as described in the email below, was for a Subaru 2016 premium Forster (MSRP of $27,559), the drive out price is $23,350.49 for me after the discount. I will finance with the dealership and they offered an APR of 1.3% last time after checking my credit record.

CARFAX provided by dealer not showing any floods or accidents at all, we paid cash more than $32,000.00 including Taxes, transfer & registration.
Several days after purchase, cleaning the inside of the vehicle we noticed that battery compartment located inside the vehicle on the floor between the front and back seats, was half way full of water then we continued to inspect under the seats and found rust all over the seat railings, bolts and nuts very obvious water damage all of the seats.
I looked under the vehicle and found big areas with water damage and rusted, frame of the vehicle, spare tire and suspension, we were not notified either, verbally or in writing about vehicle been flooded or damaged, I took video and pictures and told the general manager of “Subaru of Clear Lake” Casey [redacted] telephone number (877) 800-9656, him and the sales man Drew, called the “English Man” accepted that vehicle was damaged after I showed them the pictures and the vehicle itself, but they claimed that did not know about it, that if they had known it would not be offered for sale, so Casey [redacted] immediately wrote a check for the entire amount paid, I told him that I was not going to submit any complain because they said that did not know the vehicle was flooded, but the problem is that now they know the vehicle was put back for sale and I saw it on the internet on sites like [redacted] Apparently the insurance company that insured that car previously, did not report this vehicle as flooded, which is a fraud.
