This has been resolved with the customer
This is the first that we have been made aware of this issue. This dealership has been undergoing a massive remodel with all employees working out of temporary job trailers.

been a challenge due to employees spread out over several different locations. We were finally able to move back into our facility 1 week ago.
The [redacted] refund has been processed and a check is being mailed today.
Customer was provided a credit card refund the next day less 20% restocking charge as outlined on her invoice. Customer also filed complaint with the AG office. We responded to that as well and they have closed the complaint.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
They have refunded my premiums due to me. I am satisified with that part of my complaint. However, I find their unresponsiveness and lack of customer service unacceptable. I believe the 'remodel' is an excuse to justify their lack of response. All I ever requested was a status on the refund. They could not even bother to call. I recently had my home remodeled and was able to respond to calls I received on a daily basis.Sincerely,[redacted]
This is the first I have seen or heard of this issue. I am looking into it and will respond shortly.
