Brought vehicle in for winter tires and an oil change it came back with a dent in the front fender and yellow scratch marks on the front bumperBrought 2013 [redacted] in for winter tires and first oil change. Picked up car and found a dent in front fender and yellow scratch marks on the front bumper that match the yellow floor jack in their shop. When we complained the service manager immediately said we did it claiming the tire hit the fender after hitting a bump and the yellow marks weren't from there yellow floor jack. The body shop told us that was not possible for the tire to hit the fender and dent it like that. We tried to meet with the owner twice and he did not show up both times [redacted] Desired SettlementThere was 2000.00 dollars damage to my car and I think they should pay [redacted]
